At CSS, we pay particular attention to the quality of the people we employ. Roles are interchangeable and diverse. In addition to more traditional responsibilities, you will find the Clinical Director running a book club, the Program Director teaching a gardening class, or the Executive Director taking clients out to lunch. We offer our clients a variety of staff with whom they can connect and find healing, something ineffable that extends beyond a title. Each employee at CSS represents different strengths and experiences, which are uniquely expressed in what they do.
