Federal City Recovery Services / Clean & Sober Streets has an organization structure and professional staff that effectively implements its services. Our program sites remain in compliance with DC Certification standards as evidenced by the completion of the DC Certification Application, Survey and other procedures as outlined in Chapter 23 of the DC Code. The Clean & Sober Streets 2nd & D Street, FCRS Outpatient 316 F St and the FCRS Residential Treatment 920 Bellevue Street sites are certified according to D.C. Department of Health/ Addictions Prevention and Recovery Administration (APRA).
